Caddie Chauffeur uses Moovs, a third-party transportation management platform, to help manage reservations, customer information, trip details, communications, and payments.

1. Information Collected

When you request, book, or receive transportation services, information may be collected directly by Caddie Chauffeur or through Moovs, including:

2. Reservations and Customer Information

Caddie Chauffeur uses Moovs to manage transportation reservations and related customer information.

Information you provide when making or managing a reservation may be collected and stored through the Moovs platform. Caddie Chauffeur may access information necessary to manage reservations, communicate with customers, assign drivers and vehicles, provide transportation services, and maintain appropriate business records.

 3. Payment Information

Payments for Caddie Chauffeur services may be collected and processed through Moovs and its payment-processing providers.

Payment information submitted through the Caddie Chauffeur app or booking system is processed and stored through Moovs and/or its payment-processing providers.

Caddie Chauffeur does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Payment information and transactions processed by third-party providers are also subject to those providers' applicable privacy and security practices.

4. Location Information

Transportation services require location information, including pickup locations and destinations.

Location information may be provided by you when making a reservation or may be collected through the app if you grant the app permission to access your device's location.

Device-level location access can be controlled through your mobile device settings.

5. How Information Is Used

Caddie Chauffeur may use or access customer information as reasonably necessary to:

- Schedule and provide transportation services

- Coordinate pickups and drop-offs

- Assign drivers and vehicles

- Communicate regarding reservations and trips

This may include a passenger's name, phone number, pickup location, destination, scheduled pickup time, passenger count, and relevant trip instructions.

Drivers are expected to use customer information only for legitimate transportation and operational purposes.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

Caddie Chauffeur relies on third-party providers to operate certain portions of its services.

These may include Moovs and providers of payment processing, mapping, communications, software hosting, analytics, and other technology or operational services.

These providers may collect, process, or store information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

Caddie Chauffeur does not sell customer personal information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect Caddie Chauffeur, our customers, drivers, or others.

Customer, reservation, and transaction information may be stored through Moovs and other service providers used by Caddie Chauffeur.

Caddie Chauffeur may retain or have access to information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide transportation services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, insurance, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Caddie Chauffeur and its service providers use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect customer information.

Because customer and payment information may be processed or stored by third-party platforms, those providers maintain their own security systems and practices.

No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information associated with you.

You may also manage location, notification, and other app permissions through your mobile device settings.

Caddie Chauffeur's services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the app.
